Coaching helped me navigate a difficult period of restructure, which had a large impact on my role.  Jane had a really approachable manner and provided a lot of really useful tools that I will be able to use beyond the sessions. The transition from employee to entrepreneur is not an intuitive one. I know my craft, XR (Extended Reality), but presenting it to new audiences is a daunting task. The incredible Jane took my scrambled words and, with what felt like fairy dust, turned them into accessible language while still sounding like myself.
