Hello, I’m Jane Dreaper. I set up Dalemoor Ltd because I love helping people improve how life feels at work.

My aim is to become the Martin Lewis of communication-led change: the trusted, go-to person when you need a change consultant and executive coach.

As a national BBC journalist who’s interviewed presidents and reported from prisons, I have a broader background and deeper experience than your average consultant.
