Executive Coaching
My coaching has led clients to understand and conquer what was holding them back – and even helped them avoid taking time off work during major challenges.

I’ll listen carefully, reflect and challenge you to move forwards. This will help you transform your career and deal effectively with any setbacks along the way.
We’ll dig deep to look at your values and thought patterns.
You’ll gain a better understanding of how to communicate with those around you, as well as successfully influence them.
You can read a selection of client testimonials here.
I’ve made some short videos about my executive coaching work and you can watch them here.
My clients have come to me to solve these work-related challenges:
- Improving stakeholder relations and communication
- Navigating change in the wider business
- Tackling longstanding issues in teams
- Managing leadership transition and/or setbacks
- Career development and mapping out the next steps
- Building confidence and managing being a “people pleaser”
- Time management and defining priorities
Coaching standards and professionalism
Association for Coaching (AC) accreditation means I have a wealth of coaching experience. And my work has been reviewed by independent assessors. They have scrutinised my fitness to practice and checked that I follow globally agreed ethical standards.
Executive Coaching means that I work in an organisational context. I’ve worked with leaders and I particularly love helping “middle managers” – I think of them as the future stars.
I also offer career and interview coaching packages to people in the early stages of their career path.
So you can talk to me, confidentially, about your career challenges and work environment.
I undertake regular learning through Continuing Professional Development, and have supervision to review my coaching work.
I am not a lifestyle or wellbeing coach. Nor am I qualified to help with serious mental health issues. If required, I suggest coaching colleagues with different expertise.
Coaching process
- Coaching begins with a no-obligation “contracting” meeting where you can ask me about how I work and check whether you feel I’m the right coach for you. If so, we agree objectives about what you want the work to achieve. You might even want to involve your line manager in this part of the process – that’s up to you.
- How fundamental are your challenges? You can choose a programme of 3, 6 or 12 x 1-hour sessions. Then we explore your goals in detail and work on them. There might be “homework” between sessions, or I might send you articles related to your goals. These sessions can be online or in person.
At the end of the programme it’s important to review your goals, evaluate the coaching and assess your ongoing objectives.
